Free SEO Audit

In this email I wanted to get a bit more tactical and practical.

Simple problems that have a big negative impact

So many of the sites we see in our Site Speed Audits and SEO Audits are missing very basic SEO fundamentals or have very basic issues like site-wide 404 errors that are hurting both speed and SEO in a big way. These are actually really simple problems to fix but often go undetected for years.

5 or so years ago, we built Site Speed Bot, our site speed audit tool. The idea behind this was to identify problems causing site speed issues and provide easy to understand recommendations that could be implemented by a junior webmaster. Since launch, it’s run site speed tests for 300,000+ sites » if you want to give it a try just click here and enter your URL, it’s free and takes about 90 seconds or so.

While Site Speed Bot has some SEO recommendations built in, it’s primarily built for site speed analysis so today we launched a new tool that is similar but more SEO focussed. It’s fast and light and again takes about 90 seconds to audit your site but will return much more SEO focussed recommendations.

If you do give it a try I’d love to hear your feedback, just hit reply (note we are planning on removing the optin form before the test to streamline it further.)

That’s it for this email. If you’re looking to do more with your SEO, our SEO Audit service might be worth a look. If you’re not sure whether it’s for you, click here to request a free site audit and we’ll review your site and tell you how we can help.
